What do you give your clients at close? A bottle of wine? A coupon book? Do you go to the close? LOL. It is critical that real estate agents stay in touch with their clients over time if they expect to reap the benefits of referrals. It is tough to break through the deafening noise of email, vmail, US Mail and other media and stay “Top of Mind”. But there is a technology that if you just pay attention (yes attention, NOT a fee or a price), you can email your business card to your buyer or seller at close and they will love it so much, they will send it to all their friends (probably more than once) and may even get in touch with you again to thank you for the opportunity. <a href=”TOTW_Broadcast_My_Move“>If you don’t do this you are definitely leaving commission checks at the table.
